Requesting Technical Support

Do you need to speak with a ChildPlus Technical Support Representative? You to do so directly from the ChildPlus Community page.

 

To request ChildPlus support:

 

  1. Click Help in ChildPlus Desktop.
  2. Select Request Technical Support.
  3. Fill out your name and contact information.
  4. Indicate the level of urgency and choose how you would like to be contacted.
  5. Provide a detailed description of the problem you are having.
  1. Click the Submit button to send your information to our Technical Support Representatives.
